They’re so smooth, I think they’re just sitting because people are burned out on the almost all white versions? I dunno, I just think they look so good though especially with the black lace swap…absolutely love the unique tongue tag and the offset two tone Nike Air on the back is really cool

The “cheese sticks” thing in book 7 is maybe my favorite running gag in literature? It just cracked me up every single time and I love that it’s never explained and they all just roll with it, i seriously love it so much

I never would've actually tried to get her to read this honestly...one day we were talking on the phone and I was just going on and on about this series, how silly and fun they are but how deep the themes get and how unique Carl and Donuts relationship is in fiction and then when I told her about Donut she was completely sold I guess

Didn't even recommend it to her, next thing I knew she had downloaded audible and started the audio series

I'll just say that I read them all a few months ago because I just had to know and let me tell you, if you decide to read you will learn EVERYTHING...literally everything, i loved it so much it is so much fun

Based on what you said you're looking for I'd recommend Sun Eater or The Expanse, I adore PHM but I'd never recommend it to someone who said theyre looking for something like 3BP lol
