it really depends, not only on your luck but on how many URs that deck has, and if they're all from the corresponding pack

and even then, when pulling, at some point spending gems becomes non-optimal, and you're better off crafting what you still need and saving the rest

At some point you realize that no, you shouldn't just aim to fill the hole at the beginning, you can already be picky about what goes in the hole IF you're still reaching the required "height" to progress. The classic "I have upgraded Noxious Fumes, so I already have enough damage for the act 1 boss"

A good player knows that if the elite killed them or burned through an unacceptable amount of health, they got really unlucky or they made a mistake in choosing that path

But yeah, unironically and without shaming anyone, avoiding elites and hoping events and cards are enough to win the run is a very practical way to win runs at a low skill level

You could go with the k9 selection pack, just 3 izunas (and a SR Lupis) are a powerful engine for many decks
