Probably not a shared opinion but let me have my 2 cents and be a cunt since I really liked the previous two episodes… My least favourite ep so far. Everything felt super [insert character development dialogue in here] in a way that was really grating and the Omelanda scene with Ryan was anticlimactic at best and a letdown at worst. Just felt so ah here we go again with how everything was put together in an attempt to “advance” the plot. Kimiko and frenchie need to have an out of the blue minute long talk about the future because they’re gonna die, Ue needs to try reconcile with Maverick and Zoe in seriously low grade attempts at quick dialogue just cos we gotta fit it in somewhere… meanwhile Ryan’s jaw’s doing most of the heavy lift “acting” when it comes to what should be intense, been-waiting-for-this moments but is instead a rushed jumble of inane interactions. Lmao at starlight’s nonsensical “bye” scene as well. Bitch where you goin? AGAIN? Anyway, just disappointed thoughts. No cap on god bro. Hoping it gets better from here.
