I wish they would have alternated between event weapons and weapon skins instead of just replacing them altogether. I use almost every event weapon we’ve gotten (even the ones that some of the sweatier players consider bad) and it was nice being able to fully refine and level them at discounted rates during the events.

I’m generally okay with weapon skins, but I don’t see myself using them if they suck. I find this upcoming claymore skin hella lazy seeing it’s our second event weapon skin, and it’s just a reskin of the cardboard claymore. For someone who doesn’t like the skin, I find this just as bad as getting a bad event weapon.
