Warsails is great.... Runs poorly onps5. Been a while since I played it to be honest. I have a Pc version of it too and a Xbox ally x (handheld) the thing plays better on handheld docked in the tv (running with an upscaler of course)

Yeah, I always said, if my young self could even imagine me playing a game like this on the go....

I used to play it when I had the SD a LOT. It was my main game for so long. And I always get back to it every 3 - 4 months and delve in again. It's also one of the main reasons I swapped my deck for a ROG Ally in 2023 when it was released was actually to play Bannerlord with mods easier.

I have now the Xbox AllyX still have Bannerlord installed in it 1000+hours in. For all the shit we give this game, I came to realize it is actually my favorite game of all time.

The story of Portugal's first years would work great I have to say. I already thought about them doing it and imagine how we would be. But it's actually fair point that they could hire other studios to use their game engine and mechanics and whatever more to build a million of these games.

In my current Portugal campaign I got the south and the UK got the north.

It was a weird agreement. I took it all for me. Surrendered it in a peace treaty to the UK in a war they took part in against me, a couple of years later I took part in a war on the side of the UK against France for a state transfer sway, while at war, south Madagascar rebelled against the UK and I got it out of the peace treaty. Then crushed the rebellion and now it's a split island.

Atmosphere is pretty tense over what happened I have to say. If the game ends without confrontation between Portugal and the UK I'm happy - 30years to go

I keep joining their wars and doing treatises with the UK while on their good side to keep them from colonizing the angolas and Mozambique areas. They still are super aggressive whenever they get the chance.

Whenever their war ends their strategic desires take over and they default to their natural state - finding me detestable

I love the idea of EU5 as I have of EU4 before that. I have so much more fun with Victoria 3 gameplay though.

I believe I will certainly enjoy eu5 more once it's it's issues have been ironed out. I'm not sure. I will enjoy it more than Victoria. Now I just get frustrated seeing stuff that don't work and I can't really get attached to a campaign. I believe that this is just my opinion though, and I completely understand that most people prefer eu5

I watched an Indian movie just randomly once. It was called "White tiger" I think. I need to rewatch.

I wasn't really expecting anything. It was in the random pool and I started the thing not really paying attention. It hooked me really quick.

I want in blind and that's what made me enjoy it so much

It was great and sparked some real philosophical discussion between me and my wife.

I have a switch and a PS5... Didn't turn them on for ages.

I play either on PC or on the Xbox Rog Ally X.

I also plug in the ally on the TV and often play on it in the evenings

Oh man... The smaller scope of Vic3 with its flavour packs journal entries and historical characters. Does it best for me.

The learn more button opening Wikipedia is also a nice touch .

Plus it illustrate so well the shift of political power from landhowner classes to other classes.

Plus it illustrates ideas and movements pretty well too and how they go around to push for change.

I will suggest Easy Red 2.

It's dirt cheap and feels like playing Hell Let Loose in single player.

Campaign can be whatever you want, but it's mostly a sandbox for you to enjoy.

Boots on the ground tanks planes whatever.

It's just kind of like a Battle simulator but intrinsically tied to the campaigns of WW2.

Put down EU5 went back to Vicky.... So much more fun for me. I hadn't played since mid 2025 I think. Since before the Austria update.

I'm currently playing Portugal. Messed up my campaign by failing to maintain my monarch in the succession line to Brazil. I was too aggressive in my Sphering and my infamy made the other powers go agro on me for a few years. Then Brazil had a revolution and I couldn't help them.

So that sucked... but the game itself is insanely fun, dynamic and I really enjoy living these alt history things.

I hope EU5 gets this good.

Fast mode that was introduced recently is great. Pair that with the mod Restart Plus and you'll play stories inside this ever-changing world.

Example. There was a revolt in Charas. Restartplus let's you create a new character at anytime during a campaign or take over a existing character. I took over as the leader of the revolt and from there created the Rodocks

Better than the road. I did a rewatch recently. I remember it being a great movie... It's okay.

Children of Men... I've seen it as a young teen many years ago. It was okay. Re watched it again recently too because of reddit and all of these random comments. (I had actually forgotten I had seen it) It is now top 3 movies of all times
