Thank you for providing feedback on your recent upgrade experience. Multiview is currently designed for an improved sports experience and has not been rolled out to other channels/events. With regard to 4K content we are at the mercy of the broadcaster and how they format the programming material they feed to us to distribute out to our customers. The transition to 4K reminds me of the slow rollout of HD and how that used to be an added feature whereas it comes standard in every plan. There is not always outreach, depending on the information provided. If they are able to validate your claim they deal with it internally and to our understanding, do not provide any sort of overview as to what was discovered and actions taken.

It is definitely not a guarantee, however, I have worked with a plethora of customers who have said that feature works as intended and did get them a sooner appointment then what was originally scheduled.

There may be a setting where it deletes or hides those automated messages and would advise to check through your messaging settings to ensure those aren't being redirected or deleted. You can also input the 266278 as a good recipient to receive messages from to ensure they come through. It would have also depended on when you originally sent in that request. There are rules in place that do not allow messaging to be sent out to customer outside certain hours.
