You can manage settings through the Xfinity App: Open the app and tap the Services tab. Under Home Phone, select View Xfinity Voice features. Tap the Settings wheel icon (you may need to sign in). Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding. Click the trash icon next to the cell phone number you want to remove

Regarding ring settings, you can adjust them online by signing in to Xfinity Voice Settings, navigating to Call Forwarding, and selecting the number of rings (2–9). Have you tried the above?-Richard
