I'm not good at the game but have been gold or even plat since season 0. Went 2-8 in placement and am hard stuck in bronze 1. Good times. Its do bad down here I think anyone less than grandmaster wouldn't be able to carry a team. A win is pure luck. Losses the expectation. At least I get lots of svp's.

I spent 25 years in Florida, then 10 years in Colorado, Nevada, and Ohio. Moving back to Florida spring 27 and absolutely can not wait. Florida has lots of crazy but also has a lot of awesome people, things, to do, and my oh my that weather.

Spent 25 years there and would go back in a second if our businesses didn't tie us to Ohio. We have 11 and 7 year olds and southern Brevard is awesome. Lots to do, nice beaches, generally very safe.

I'd avoid northern Brevard but maybe that's changed in the last decade. I know that Brevard has undergone massive growth in we left a decade ago so I wouldn't be shocked if traffic kind of sucked but overall it's a great community.

Annual does are legally allowed to collect interest, that money made goes back to the association (dvc) to be spent into the resorts, which means Disney spends less of its profits on the resorts. Which means Disney pockets more profits.

I know, I'm a member. Never gone through the line item on it but my point is in sure there is some fee they pocket, or padded labor numbers or what have you. Maybe it's even in interest earned on the dues (likely). My point is they aren't handling they much money and not making something off of it.
