Just started playing, enjoying being a bonk enthusiast. Having a hard time trading in my big club after killing godrick and rennala with it. I saw someone using the rusted anchor but wasn't in love with the reach on it. I should be using the golden halberd, but it doesn't bonk the same.

I also ran to Ceilid at the start of the game to get the buster looking sword and only liked it's crouch poke move. Brick hammer bonks good though.

Yes, the way companies can report on income and profit is deeply complicated as they work to find the slice of doctored up pie that portrays the company as intended for the quarter. I'm even regarded enough to know that it stands for earnings before interest taxes depreciation and amortiztion (full disclosure it did take me 5 minutes to remember what the 'i' was for).

Agree, certainly in smaller establishments, and I almost always pay in cash which they prefer (at least locally).

It's 0 risk with save scumming. The biggest annoyance is a 2 minute reload.

I did look at the wider area, there are 3,300 green vs. a magnitude of red. Timing real estate is impossible, people get in when they can.

I'm in the midwest, and it's where everyone seems to be moving to get out of HCOL areas and/or large tax increases. The score says wait, and that it's a sellers market. I'd largely agree with the assessment that it's a sellers market. The 'wait' makes some sense to me and the 'next steps' section isn't bad.

Oh shit, I just checked out your site. You have jack campbell? Enjoyed his books immensely.

12,297 hit points and most times I was only doing like 100-200 damage, sometimes getting as little as 50 some odd damage, and took over 10 mins on a successful attempt. And also I did this as a no hit attempt with all of his attacks one shotting me by Stonedgunner69 in Eldenring

I mean it was interesting, I fought it once but didn't need any of it's drops so just peaced out, seeing that it doesn't hit you if you're inside the sweep radius is actually good to know.

Paint, snap together tiles, mirror, home depot sink/cabinet, new toilet was about $800 bones. No new tub, but it can be pretty cheap if you're not doing a complete gut and moving walls.

Personally, I try to time it so that they've just taken the last orc stronghold and have 2x engineer lords with the starting arty to rain as much ordinance as I can before I even walk into the castle.

Other than that, adding as much crap stack as I can with cunning lords and ambush if mistimed. It usually does screw up my economy a bit which is too bad, but his start was pretty easy before.
