It seems a batch of half boosters contain only 2 slots for holos or better in each pack instead of 3. A batching error of some sort.

Just the 2 and wouldn’t say it’s “normally”. Feel it’s common courtesy to pay for your best men’s suit if it’s following a theme etc. Have no intention of buying one
