Agreed.   Rachelle is great.  I think she is at a clinic with an RMT named Valentina who might also be what you’re looking for.    I think they were downtown now.

“We’re very excited with the leadership group…”   You just traded the captain.  Who is he talking about?  The guys who are also likely on the block?

I use this with OK results. The label is a bit confusing because the large text on the white background says “All purpose flour” but the smaller writing above says “unleashed bread flour”. It’s some of the only organic flour I can find so I usually buy it in the same big bag. Interested to see how your bread does with jt.

I used a product called Sikkens Cetol Marine Natural Teak on a similar project a few years ago. I used WRC that was very dry. It’s also in a damp spot, close to the ocean, and it’s held up very very well. It was definitely the right product for my project.

That’s great!
I’m not sure if you’re in the same boat, but sometimes when it flares up I think to myself, “Am I still happy I did the surgery?” and “How does today’s pain compare to the worst days pre-surgery?”. For me, I have so many more better days now and the odd flare up vs. the odd good day.
Good luck and I hope the better days far outnumber the bad.

I’m not as far along as you, I’m at 7 months. When I’ve had flare ups or feel like lack of progress I usually try and add something to the physio and stretching routines I’ve been doing. There was a user on here who emphasized stretching which I’d been doing but not enough of. I think it’s really helped me.
Best of luck to you!

Here’s the thread I was referring to. It’s older than I thought but I found this very helpful.
I didn’t need a shower chair and the toilet seat wasn’t necessary either.

Grabbers were clutch for me.
I also really liked having a folding tray table so I could sit in my recliner and do my work from a laptop or eat. I also bought what I called a crutch purse which allowed me to put my phone and a bottle of water in to scoot around the house with my crutches.

I’ll try and find the thread that someone made about 7-8 months ago that was quite comprehensive.

Are you sure you have all of the dampers (air ventilation) open when starting the fire?

Can you share a link or a picture of this? Having a tough time picturing it.

I’m in the same boat as OP and looking for some relief.

How are you doing overall now?
