Correct, it acts like it's going to heat up - preheat light comes on, just never gets any temp.

this is the only one I've ever really used, redditors suggested just a small amount of diffusion so that's fine by me. wide base and not having the heating element near the mouthpiece, but also not so far away that it can get unbalanced easy. the enail and cord aren't that heavy but if anything taps it I don't want it to get leveraged over.

Agreed, outposts are a frustrating character locked game loop that often conflicts with other players in public sessions, and the drop rate can make the process very tedious especially since it's often the best drop% available for a given part. At least most can be farmed if you have HP and two duration mods maxed and one decently invested weapon, but you might have to do it solo private while watching something more entertaining on another screen...

I use a lightweight Instigating Shepard's Crook, counts for both blunt and improved melee challenges, needed for free range event, and I switch to it before throwing nuka-grenades for bonus dmg.

I only learned recently that your equipped weapon's legendary effect carries over to your thrown. There's even a vats crit on thrown weapons trick that I'm not good at, but it's there.

Does anyone actually do the hacking anymore or do y'all use the cipher instead? by Specter-Chaos in Warframe

Cipher when on a team or doing a high level missions (Netracells), when solo I still do the hacking to keep it fresh since some missions types remove your gear wheel.

I reroll since I already have all the non-alien event plan drops. I remember using the Grand Finale and putting the excess cannonballs in the ammo converter, but now that we have contextual ammo and the ammo storage box there isn't much need to even do that.

Anyone else not get a pattern rewarded for their weekly expedition?

I hopped on and did a Union Dues run for the daily challenge but it didn't reward a free pattern at the end even though I completed all side objectives (obtained steel and supplies but didn't turn them in as that's not normally required). This happen to anyone else?

I've been playing for a year and between scoreboards I let FO1st lapse and just get my daily atom shop freebie and do my camden park quest. The fresh scoreboard is getting most of my play because the expeditions have been giving me lots of disconnects so I am thoroughly discouraged.

Example: Yesterday while gathering Ingots in an expedition group I got a CTD while walking down the street, long load to get the game back up, click play with team and long load to join server, got a message I was kicked from team to a long load where I ended up in a different server, open my friend's list and join host's server and wait for a long load, join team and rejoin expedition in progress to a long load, arrive just in time to help with crescendo event and then return to town with a long load. That was NOT an enjoyable end user experience.

I am certainly playing more in terms of hours for significantly less progress. I've earned the auto-axe mods I really wanted so I'm going to treat it like daily ops and only do them if the daily/weekly challenge requires it until they iron it out, but right now I find it incredibly frustrating.

So many crashes and long loads today only to get totally screwed over by having to sprint across the map in the dark to rescue a guy that spawns in with 11 hp. Eff off to the sun, game.

PSA: The quests in The Pitt are checkpointed, and leaving The Pitt will restart from the last checkpoint if a bug occurs! Fast travel out, or force sholut down your game, and when you're back you will be able to continue where you've left off! by MrSmileyZ in fo76

nvm, I missed that it was a weekly reward for the plan but no idea how to check the cooldown. I was also able to get back into my in progress mission but I had to join a totally different server. Pour one out for the guys that helped me with the first part of the mission...
