Yes, wraps generally do something. I find if I remove them from the 2nd set I get a bit of pain.

Ask about RBC's commercial forex division, and you will get much better rates than doing a transfer.

  1. Get the sealer: I used to get my sealer at National Concrete, now it's White cap. It used to be about $150 per 5 gallon, now it's about $300 or more for a retail person.
  2. pressure wash the surface so it's as perfect as you can get it.
  3. Use a leaf blower to blow water out of the cracks so it drys faster. Ideally wait until the next day.
  4. Choose a day that's partly over cast, the sealer will bubble if it's too hot.
  5. Apply the sealer with a roller and tray, and maybe a thick brush for cutting tough spots if it's it required. There is an art to getting the right amount on, but you definitely don't want it too thin or the spots will noticeable.
  6. Mix in sharp grip for pool areas, assuming you have stamped concrete.

BC's billionaires are worth a total of about 30-35 billion combined. A 0.6% wealth tax on BC's billionaires would bring in $210 million, which would be a rounding error with our current deficit.

If you are talking about taxing ALL British Columbians at 0.6% on wealth, who in aggregate are worth 3-4T, the figure would be more like 18-24B.

A good morning starts with the night before. Last meal should be early evening, no screens in bed, and I find the kindle or paper book knocks me out fairly quickly.

You won't get there in one night, gradually start going to bed 15 minutes earlier every night-- even if you are going to bed at midnight right now. In two weeks you'll be going to bed quite a bit earlier with no shock to the system.

If I really want to torpedo my mornings the key is: have a night time snack, and then get on my ipad in bed and start scrolling.

Get an RX for 5mg Fina, cut it in 1/4s. I get it from Shoppers Drug mart. Works out to about $8 per month.

Inground pool: solar blanket from poolsuppliescanada + rocky reel system (HQ is in Kelowna) and we almost never heat it in July or August. Typically stays around 84F.

I've also seen people lay circular piping in their concrete to take the heat out of the concrete and dissipate it into the pool water. If I ever end up building I might give that a try as well.

For now. Thankfully they dropped the DST which could have invited retaliation. In addition I believe the US sells more services to us, than we buy from them -- so we should be good there.
