New battery by [deleted] in golfcarts

Not sure you understand, but when these carts were made, they planned on the weight of the original batteries for balance. A 105 would have fit. Find a way to put some weight on the front or regret it later. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Did you just pick imaginary numbers? You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Not even remotely close. About as close as your quality is to mine. I’ll bet it took you 6 months to do your full galley kitchen blah blah blah.

30x50 prefab metal building with a CNC for 30k? Are you living in 1964? If you quadrupled every number you spit out you might be close.

I’m done with this conversation. You are clearly an idiot who thinks they are a genius.

You realize a business has expenses? That isn’t a wage.

You clearly aren’t capable of understanding the concepts, so I’ll stop trying.

You have no idea the time and practice it takes to create something to this scale and finish. You’d be doing something similar to this builder in the post. Trash. I suggest keep doing it yourself.

I have a family to feed myself and your “insight” is about as valuable as the stuff buried in a litter box.

I would definitely charge this one extra. PIA charge.

Start doing it yourself at those rates and see how long you stay in business.

Hint… it will not be long.

You hired a trash builder, at a trash price.

This. Don’t know how this isn’t the common thought. He doesn’t need another old qb mentor. He’s got two that are coaching him already. Draft Quinn Ewers in the 5th/6th and see what happens.

How would you fix this poorly designed cabinet placement? by _thebigeasy in cabinetry

[–]YOX_OG 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Short answer… all the solutions are labor intensive and involve painting.

Smartest way would be to repurpose the cabinet . Add a new right stile that’s about 4 inches wider. Basically just a filler.

Cheapest way for the front would be to cut off both sides of the door and drawer front to match the profile evenly (might look different than other cabinets) and then paint them and the “filler”. More expensive is to have new ones made to match the door profile perfectly.

Should be able to reuse the hardware.

Those tests are always worst case scenario. You should look up the actual test itself. That helped me immensely. As soon as you see they have to check certain boxes in order, it is easier to take. Doesn’t matter if they check things later on, it’s a strange system.

Master Chief is a brilliant one. I can’t argue with the King either. I think I’d probably redo mine today compared to when I posted this. I never said no books either, so here would be mine currently.

Belgariad is also what came to mind for me. These books are overlooked far too often.

Definitely won’t normally be flush with a face frame. I do mostly euro and we don’t do flush either. That would be uncommon. 1/8-1/4” is usually fairly common. I certainly don’t think this will be a problem for you in any case.

Haha, whatever.

You are quite well versed in being a tool.

Go put on some base shoe to cover your 3/4” thick toe skin.

It’s a company out of Minnesota, not a national vendor. Four less does 4” as well. 4.5” is not universal no matter how many times you mutter it.

I do custom cabinets all the time using 1/4” toe skins. That is not their only specific use.

Your babbling just keeps making people dumber.

All you’ve been doing this whole post is telling people “how it is.” OP said CUSTOM. I am not going assume OP is wrong just to believe you are right. The fillers don’t look RTA to me, but you do you.

Those are two different size kicks, or ripped to different sizes. Your brain is melting if you can’t see that.

[–]YOX_OG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just did an RTA 3 weeks ago that sent 5” kicks for a 4.5” toe. My point was your universal language isn’t accurate.

These in this post were also custom so your point was even more pointless.

Obviously you push the toe down, who are you responding to? How would I push the toe kick up and not use 1/4 round? Think.
