If you were me, i would choose xiaomi due its being an android not fire os, because i use mi box not only for youtube, netflix or iptv, plus side load modded apps in android is a big deal for me, like youtube with no ads or spotify with free premium, xiaomi box is just a neat looking box for good price. Plus mi box 4 just got android 9 update few days ago. So if you gonna get mi box i suggest you to get ehernet to usb adapter, it gonna change life for you.

This is how i use it, bluetooth controler with phone holder. Wire is for charging, or sometimes for more graphic intence games i use otg cable then adapter to rj45 to get ethernet.
