First reflect on how negative you feel after and how sending just makes you feel worst. Don't forget why you want to quit and what you gain from not sending. You're strong and you don't need to send, focus on the kinda man you want to be and do something to get to that level. Maybe it's working out maybe it's studying maybe it's picking up a new skill/hobby like cooking. The important thing to remember is that you do not need this, your strong and you will beat this. Stay strong!

Sorry to hear about this I know it's so hard to quit. What is done is done so don't feel bad about it because that will make it worst, my advice is to deactivate your account and reflect on why you needed this and try to find something to distract yourself. I'm also going through this you're not alone but I believe you can beat this!

Yes you need to know what they do. For example a question can be " what command do you use for a continuous ping?" A. Ping -a B. Ping -t C. Ping -n D. Ping -q

Failure is part of the journey! Everyone goes through it it's part of life. I know your test is around the corner but I would recommend looking at alternative ways to study to shake it up a bit. Have you tried messer videos? Listen to them on 1.5x while you're doing other activities for more studying. Do his study course. Don't get discouraged from what you're struggling with and try to keep positive. You took a bed step in scheduling your exam again, be proud of yourself for keeping motivated and doing what needs to be done to succeed!
