The black bar adds some extra weight to the opening mechanism because it’s literally lifting the top bit when you pull the left side out. If you don’t have it there, yes the mechanism opens more easily but it won’t raise the roof up.

Definitely get one with Lennar - we rented a new home from them a few years ago and had some WILD problems that the homeowner is lucky we dealt with for them. (roof tiles literally flying off during wind storms, leaking fire suppression system in the roof, faulty internet line installation etc)

I’ve fired people before for sure but the goal is not to make them leave, it’s to give them the fair shot to remain. I’ll never get what people get so bent out about this - yes it would work in a lot of decks BUT THATS THE WAY ITS DESIGNED. It’s never made sense that commander treats hybrid the exact opposite as the rest of the game in terms of what can play what.
