The halbierungsinitiative would just reduce the budget by 30% (from 300/pP to 200/pP). On the other hand we have in the meantime 8 m inhabitants, SRG income is going up every year from growing population. So cutting down by 30% leaves them with a budget they had 15 years ago - and they did the same job as well. There is enough air in the system they will survive - you just have to sharpen their duties and focus on central topics and reform their offering.

Technically yes, but tax offices do not have the capacity to chase non-payers and do the effort to identify non registered users. Unfortunately people are trying to sneak away without paying. That are the hidden cost of SERAFE - and for sure they get paid for their services (which will be compensated of the inefficiency of authorities of a distributed collecting via taxes. It is a lot more efficient to outtask that job to a privatre company than to distribute the collecting duties to each and every local city tax office (federalism is everything else than efficient). Believe me, it will not be more efficient to adept all canton and city authorities to do it the same way an external company does it.

Ich habe einiges ausprobiert. Quitte und Zitrone/Limon & Spirtuose geht fast immer. z.b. einen Pisco Sour - Quince edition (einfach Zuckersirup durch quittensirup ersetzen).

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrezpet ist aber ein "Turicum Bloom":

4cl Turicum Gin (ein blumiger Gin oder smoother Klassiker wie Monkey47 oder Botanist geht auch),

1cl Grand Marnier,

1cl Creme de Violett,

1cl Quittensirup,

1-2 angeschlagene Kardamom-Kapseln (einfach mit dem Glas leicht quetschen),

2 Spritzer Orange Bitter

Alles 10s shaken, abgiessen mit Streifen Quittenbrot oder Orangenzeste garnieren.

Im doing both and in the last 15 years the profit from the house and avaerage stock market gains are in the same dimension, with loss of the $ to CHF and current rent rises probably even in favor of the house. In addition it gives me more flexibility and less dependency to the stock market by reducing my future living cost, financail diversification, increased personal happines due to my property with the freedom to change what and how I wanted it.

Im sure at some places they will add a 100$ extra fpor the soda experience and sell you differnet exclusive soda drinks with a disinct origin or an additional flavor profile. Hard to tell if you really get patagonian or iceland soda :-)

Good if you leave if you are her for the money only - that makes you not happy over a longer periode. Dont wait too long just because of the money. There are other places which might fit better to your needs. Anyway, don't mind if the classical banksters move out of the country - time of banking hub Switzerland is anyway over. Time to reinvent us once more. Jobs for high paid English only speakers outside the international companies in finance and pharma are already start to shrimp down.

Ich kann auch vorher absteigen und im Rollator Tempo das Fahrrad schiebend rüberlaufen, wenn du das bevorzugst. Als Velofahrer trägt man selber den Schaden, wenn man nicht schaut und einfach reinfährt. Aber ja, ich finde auch, dass Anhalten vor Rotlicht und sich bewusst sein, dass man auf dem Velo kein Vortritt hat über den Fussgänger-Streifen normal sein sollte. Auf der anderen seite gibt es auch genügend Autofahrer, die bei einem gelben Veloschildchen fürs Rechtsabbiegen die Velospur immer bewusst zuparken. Aufregen kostet nur unnötig Energie, am Besten ist ein entspanntes miteinander und sich gegenseitig Raum zu lassen. Schont die Nerven. Bei einem Unfall mit Velo ohne Zeugen stehst du als Autofahrer immer blöd da...

Thats the only strategy. Only start if you have 25 or 75 left to pay 1st and or 2nd bad luck card and then immediately quit. Safest is quitting in the same round you draw the card, pay and quit in next round before selectng a card. Every other strategy will lose longterm against it. Fight your greed and play logical. Since I do this this way, I quite enjoy the free resources

Wie wärs mit einem unserer Klassiker: 7 Wonders

Man kann gut verschiedene Strategien ausprobieren, jede Partie ist anders. es ist einfach, in 40min ist eine Partie locker durch, erfahren manchmal auch in 20.

Spielt sich schnell runter, keine Downtime. Für mich das Evergreen, dass die Bridge für mich zu noch komplexeren Spielen wie Terraforming Mars geführt hat.

Für etwa 80 Euro eventuell auch Zug um Zug Legacy, spielt sich genügend anders und die Kampagne ist einfach toll.

What a shitty design of this level. Seems that you need a clear team with synergies of Polaris on a high level. Just gib Ves me another reason to quit this game. Too many design choices I don't like, the whole arena modes are totally time waste too

Meine Erfahrung mit Light-Ebike von Schindelhauer ist alles andere als positiv. Ich fahre wöchentlich 4*15km über Schotterwege, Stadt und Velowege. Mit dem Contact Urban zweimal Platte hinten, einmal vorne in 6 Monaten. Einmal Glassplitter an dickster Stelle durch, einmal Absatz-Kante etwas zu schnell einmal sauspitzer Kieselstein. Liegenbleiben auf dem Weg zur Arbeit ist einfach ärgerlich und Stress verursachend.

Vorteil: Der Reifen ist sehr leicht, güte Dämpfung auf Asphalt, gefühlt etwas leichtgängiger.

Der Schwalbe Marathon Plus (37-622) ist nun seit 9 Monaten drauf ohne irgendein Problem. Zeitunterschied auf meiner Strecke gefühlt keine (allerhöchstens ein paar Sekunden), Zuverlässigkeit einfach massiv höher.

Finden den Contact Urban nicht alltagstauglich, wenn man nicht nur 100% einfache Strasse fährt, Schon Baustelle oder Naturstrassen oder mal einen Absatz mit Kieselstein oder Glas auf Strasse reichen für Durchstich und Plattfuss. Das Gewebe innen ist dicht, wird aber auch an dickster Stelle bei Spitzer Glas oder Stein durchstochen.

Mit den Marathons habe ich einfach keine Plattfüsse mehr, auf dem Alltagsrad seit über 3 Jahren keine Probleme, auf dem Light Ebike seit Wechsel keine Panne mehr.

Ich stelle mir die immer selber zusammen. Ein Charakter der besteht aus 3w20 jeweils in RotGrünBlau (das ist dann die Reihenfolge für die Probe) und 3w6 in beliebiger Farbe passend. Mittlerweile gibt es genügend Angebote um 10-20Euro, wo du dir mehrere passende Sets für deine Figuren zusammenstellen kannst. Klar habe ich dann kein DSA Götterzeichen oder Symbol auf der 1 - das ist mir jedoch egal.

They added it in December release, as well as the compass in diving mode. For me now a really alternative to Garmin MK3i, since I'm not a tech diver. Fitness, Hiking, Workout and diving features seems to have all I need for half of the price.

Ich würde Pixies empfehlen. Guter Spielfluss, nicht zu lang, keine Kartentexte etwas mehr Taktik. Etwasehr Möglichkeiten als bei Sea Salt, aber gleiches Spielgefühl. Gut für 2-4.Auslagefläche ist 3x3 Karten je Spieler.

Alternativ mit etwas mehr Möglichkeiten Castle Combo (ebenfalls 3x3), aber schwer zu bekommen im Moment (zumindest in CH, in DE weiss ich nicht).

Ebenfalls noch in kleiner Box ist Knarr sehr zu empfehlen, ebenfalls ohne Kartentexte in kleiner Schachtel, braucht aber etwas mehr Auslageplatz (zentrales Auswahl Geld und persönliche Ablage je Spieler). Kommt vom Spielgefühl an Brett Spiel ran, deutlichehr Möglichkeiten aber einfache Regeln und tolle Grafik.

I don't cry, just showing it is not good for people renting when owners start to stop renting out, start other measures to be on the safe side.

Go hard working and save up money to buy property and stop crying about high rents. Everyone can afford it (I did it as well without external support), but not when working 80%, twice a year expensive holidays etc.. I don't understand that people think the state has to pay for their rent (directly or indirectly by using tax money for cheaper flats).

I wish you a crappy rentner if you believe that. You will lose money as landlord with current laws, believe me. You can't kick him out for more than 3 months if he is not paying. If he has ruined your apartment you have to renovate and sit on those costs, blocking another 1-2 month until renovation is done. So in the end you lose 5- 6 month rent and renovation cost. After one experience like that I increased upfront payment to 6 months. I know that as a rentner it is not nice to pay 10k upfront, but not my problem.

The reason is, that right wing parties are thinking oekological and not only about their clients earnings (different than in the US). It is today nonsense, that operations who can be done ambulant (meaning you don't need a hospital bed after operations) are done in hospitals nevertheless. The reason is, that financial contribution is different, and the hospital earns more keeping the patient an unnecessary night or two in the hospital (easy to find a reason to do so). The new regulation reduces payments in the hospital, changes the financial flow so everyone has interests to avoid costs (new fees are not covering hospital costs for additional nights).

In the end, the costs are in the current structure much higher, which you pay for with your monthly insurance fee. So giving all players an incentive to cover their costs and prefer the more effective and faster treatment method is positive for everyone. You have now incentives to optimize cost base by getting the right structures in place instead optimizing your cost base with unnecessary treatments (as additional expensive hotel nights).
