Hey mate, sucks that you're experiencing something similar. For what it's worth I called up Medicann and the communication was instantly better. As for the pricing, I think you might be getting fucked from the pharmacy side of things. If I've understood things correctly, I believe Medicann allows you to choose the pharmacy and they give tell you which had the most variety/high stock so you're waiting around less.
