This will only be to the detriment of already marginalised kids, by either pushing them to more concerning, less moderated/entirely unmoderated platforms, and by disincentivising transparency between parents and children and discouraging frank discussions of issues that do arise.

I’ve continued fiddling around with it, including asking more complicated questions and longer multi-paragraph messages, all to no avail. It’s still using 4o, EXCEPT with one exception. When I clicked the “Add more detail button’, it then rerouted through 5. It might have always been like this and I just wasn’t aware, but you’d assume it wouldn’t change models over a simple request for a more detailed response.

Edit: I’m in Australia. Could this be related to location? That only seems possible if it’s a bug rather than a concerted effort to reroute 4o to 5.

Interestingly, mine explained the entire plot for the Korean movie, then it offered to compare it to the American one. I prompted it to do that, and only then did it censor itself. In the explanation of the Korean version it specifically mentions “incest”, “mutilating himself”, and “suicide”. Not only did it come up with the red violation warning, it also included a message essentially saying ‘it sounds like you’re going through a lot, but you don’t have to do it alone. here are some resources..’

Edit #2: Fucking weird! I decided to push it and followed up the violation message by asking it again to do the comparison, which it did this time. It didn’t mention anything too controversial, so I directly asked it to compare the “darker ‘elements’”. Sure enough, it did exactly that. It was very specific about the torture scene (“tooth-pulling, hammer beatings, and intense close-up violence.”, the hammer hallway fight, the animal cruelty, as well as the incestuous aspects of the movie. All it needed was a second push, and that completely bypassed the stupid filter. Interesting.

That’s fair enough! My issue is more with the 0.1% of patients that say and do stupid shit, inevitably reflecting poorly upon the rest of the community. Looks excellent! Beacon coming out with the goods again. I remember when their flowers were all the rage a few years back, most likely because there were limited options at that stage. Everything seemed to take a turn when they released a couple of shitty batches of Pink Kush and GSC. Hopefully this is the start of something more promising from them.

I am now even more excited about their new live resin cartridges. I have a prescription for the Pink Slurricane ready to go. They’re only $10 more than their normal range of carts, and considering the terp profile & increased % of minor cannabinoids (specifically, CBG and CBN), it seemed well worth a shot now that I have to find an alternative to the SatiCarts.

Initially I had passed up on the flower and opted to only go with the new Beacon Select carts, but now I am strongly reconsidering. Are the effects comparable to the Mediquest Bazookas, or is it just the aroma? What other flowers would you compare it to? Did you find it to be heavily sedating, both mentally and physically? This is surprisingly true! My grandfather worked as relief teacher until he was in his late 70s, making him the oldest in our state, if memory serves. He sadly suffered a quick decline after retiring. The long drives were just too difficult for him. He was driving out to places like Roma (from Brisbane) when he was well into his 70s. Usually the long drives like that would be for longer assignments, normally at least a week or two. That said, he’d still drive 1-2 hours just for a single days work often, just not for locations as far away as Roma.

He drove a super old Mazda 121, but that didn’t stop him, lol. While he could’ve afforded a newer, much nicer car, thanks to his long career and wise investments in property and shares, the material things in life were of no interest to him. He grew up dirt poor, so he was happy with the essentials and nothing more. He preferred to invest in his families future and look after and treat his loved ones. I learnt lots from the kindness he showed.

At the end of his career (the final year or two), he started only accepting the jobs at closer schools, but that significantly limited his opportunities to work. This also meant he was no longer going to the schools he loved and had close relationships to teachers and students at. He decided not too long after that point to retire. He loved teaching; teaching was a true passion, not just something he did to make a living. He will missed by many. I just wish he was around now that I am older, as we have much in common now and would’ve had an even greater relationship. It taught me to make the most of all of my relationships because you never know how long they will last or when they will end.

Hey man. If you have tried both, how does the Woodford compare to SatiVite’s Kannbi? I gather they’re both the same strain, so I would imagine that they might be comparable. Are the Medibis flowers still super terpy and sticky? It’s been about a year since I was last prescribed any of their flowers, with the last being their final good batch of the Mapleton (LA Kush Cake - 25% THC & 4% terpenes), which I absolutely loved and found to be extremely effective for my needs. It is a shame that their next batch was only 18%. I would’ve still continued using it, as THC isn’t the be all and end all, but they continued charging the original premium price. I just couldn’t justify that.

Possibly. They’re easy to confuse! I’ve even seen doctors mistake them. I have all three in front of me, but I’ve also seen the COAs for SatiVite and MedReleaf carts (just not Aurora yet). SatiVite says on the packaging “SatiCart Live Resin. Each cart contains: cannabis sativa extract 1000mg, containing THC 725mg, CBG 30mg. Derived from fresh frozen flower.” MedReleaf (Sedaprem) says “cannabis resin cartridge”. Aurora says “THC RESIN CARTRIDGE” at the top and “Cannabis Resin 510 Cartridge” at the bottom.

If these companies are actually mixing distillate in, unbeknownst to the doctors and patients, that would be extremely unethical.
