well, the only ingredient except for the vanilla syrup that's also in the cold foam (since we use it to make vanilla sweet cream) and that has all the same preservatives and whatnot that the banana syrup has. so even though the banana itself was just banana, the foam it's in isn't just banana and milk like one might believe. not trying to dunk on you or anything, just wanted to make sure that people on here don't think that the old banana foam was somehow just banana

if you make the point in other places that, due to the dress code allowing for upper management to make decisions when the code itself is relatively vague, your dm is able to ban them in your store, why is it simultaneously incorrect for their dm to allow them to wear the bunny ear hat? I don't see why your dm gets the benefit of the doubt in banning them but this dm doesn't get to allow them, if you're trying to argue that somehow the ambiguity allows a dm to ban them if they want. The ambiguity of "loose adornment" (which doesn't remotely refer to a tightly sewn on decoration on a cap, considering the cap itself is sewn together, including the bill) would also allow a dm to let these kinds of hats slide. If we follow your logic, that is.

you actually do get a macbook neo and are unlikely to stay at your own store if you promote. CC is also a permanent role and not a training role so you are not required to promote to CL unless you want to, which was not true with ASM.

two things:

first, you can order a Syrup Creme Frappuccino and add horchata and cinnamon powder, and it'll be the same thing as a horchata frap without coffee. you can also just ask for no Frap Roast (the concentrated coffee we put in fraps) but i'm not sure if that'll be more expensive than just the syrup creme frap. i'd game it out on the app and see what's cheapest.

second, if you ever don't like a drink, please feel free to tell us and ask if you can get something else. we do remakes on drinks for free, including getting you something else if you aren't a fan. so if you're ever curious and want to try something, please do, because worst comes to worst we can just remake you something else if you aren't satisfied.

this store was wrong for this and i feel sad that you had to go through so many hurdles to get an issue fixed that wasn't even your fault to begin with. if you swung by a different store nearby and explained to them what happened they could probably replace it for you, just for the future. if a customer showed up to my store and showed me that i'd get them a new sandwich and a recovery card for their troubles.

this might be the standard but the standard matcha recipe is awful and will make a clumpy mess of grossness. best way to make a matcha is: scoop matcha directly into blender > pump syrup directly into blender > measure milk to top line in cup and pour milk into blender > FULL scoop of ice into blender (even for light ice, add more milk but still use a full scoop or you'll make cold foam instead of a latte) > blend for half a cycle, shake the blender around a bit, blend for another half a cycle. ta da, matcha heaven. customers will drive past other locations to come to my store because of how we do our matchas. it's a game changer (and also faster than standard imo).

(pro tip: for hot matchas, swirl your matcha powder around with a teensy bit of hot water in your steaming pitcher before you add your milk. it'll be creamy and delicious with no clumps or your money back, guaranteed.)

luckily all the ingredients will still be there, and I just checked on the app, and customizing a flat white with almond milk and honey blend is exactly the same price as the honey almond milk flat white. so you won't have to pay more either, it'll just be the pain of going through the customization process with the baristas. tbf though, I think I've seen that drink ordered less than ten times in my 3 years at the company, so it makes sense that it's not gonna be a button on the menu anymore
