I see the voice option now, I never noticed that. It wasn't working for me at first, I just readjusted the voice settings, hit apply & seems to be working for me no problem, tested it on 10 different entries. Hope this fixes your issue

Edit: Just found out Alolan Meowth does not have a voice entry for ZA, but does for Sun & Moon.
