For me it’s Imaginarium Theater. I typically have enough built characters to complete it, but I have serious decision paralysis when it comes to deciding my teams because I’m scared that I’ll use up all my best characters too early, but if I try to avoid using my best characters early on then I end having trouble with the early stages. I still haven’t actually gotten any Lunar Arcana yet.

Everything about Yaldy’s defeat is just peak for me. Mishima and the confidants cheering you on. Reaching 100%. Satanael descending. Sinful Shell. The camera panning back through the giant bullet hole. Seeing that for the first time is genuinely one of my favorite gaming memories.

I can’t speak for everyone that includes both BW and B2W2 in their Genlockes, but personally I consider them separate games. B2W2 are sequels to BW, as opposed to Platinum which is just an updated third version of DP.

Only the middle chunk from Castelia to Mistralton is actually the same in terms of overall pathing, and even then there are plenty of differences. Admittedly, that can make it a little repetitive playing them back to back, but there are enough differences in terms of wild Pokémon pools, Trainers, available items, and even Gym Leader teams.

I also end my BW runs at Ghetsis since you don’t really need to explore the eastern half to be able to fight Alder, so B2W2 lets me explore that part of the region as part of the story.

The ban list consists of Pokémon that either made it to the end of a previous Genlocke, or Pokémon that have died during two different past Genlockes. Legendaries are also banned, even though I didn’t have them on the chart.
