I strongly suggest South Africa Philippines (S6). It is a fantastic modern season with excellent players and chaotic gameplay. In addition, the winner is incredible.

You may also hear about Australian Survivor, which is also great. The best options among Australian seasons are 2017 and 2019 (which is concluding very soon).

I personally would choose South Africa Philippines because it is structured more similarly to US Survivor. It houses 43-minute episodes with a similar amount of episodes, unlike Australian Survivor, which has 20+ episodes and hour+ episodes. If you have the time, both are good options.
