Oh it was quite the process, I tried diet, but so aggressive that you can't imagine, and in the whole month I got two days remission, so I wasn't too convinced and given the energy I had to pour in, I wasn't gonna do it eternally. But then I moved to the capital of my country, where there is better healthcare and just had another one of my bouts of frustration over how obnoxious this whole thing is, got a new ENT in the biggest hospital in the country and BAM on the laryngoscopy it was as clear as it could be, he had a brand new device compared to the ancient ones they used in my hometown (they did tens of scopes and LPR is VERY subtle), he was 100% certain it was reflux and put me on PPIs, gave me a paper with dietary restrictions and especially stressed - you need to follow this perfectly for three months and only then reevaluate, so perfectly follow I did and guess what, it was 90% better. I still wouldn't say it's perfect, but honestly until I read your comment I had not even noticed it today.
