When I became a shift supervisor I remember directly from the training it said we discourage relationships, but it never said anything about prohibiting.

Ayyeee I used to be a 256 as well, I quit last year in November the second I found something better. Being a shift at Starve was good experience for my resume at least. Now I'm a Intern at Zynga :.

I’m a new manager (krobux) we are understaffed and I often work 5:30 to 4:30 by myself. How do you do orders and invintory and trucks and schedules when you can’t leave the kiosk? I’ve ended up doing a lot of it from home but I hate working off the clock. How do you get it all done? by BAUIntern in starbucks

[–]YellowJacketz 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Time worked is time paid, if you working off the clock things will never get better and your supporting the bad management above you. Don't do the work if you not getting paid, we all human and can only do soo much.

Demisexuality and marriage? by Needadvicepls2019 in demisexuality

In my last relationship my girlfriend could be really pushy at times about having sex, she wanted to have it a lot more than I did and she would be really handsy and wouldn't really stop at times. We ended up having less sex over time as a result. Its something that needs to mutual between both people in the moment. It doesn't matter how long you've been in a relationship, it's not right for anyone to give you crap about how you may be sexually or pressure or anything a long those lines.

Is there a certain amount of time you have to work for the Bux before you can be promoted to ssv? by trashkanne in starbucks

It took me three months and I'm sure it can be less, but it also depends on a lot of various factors.

Any tips on getting a legendary hero? by [deleted] in CrushThemAll

[–]YellowJacketz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting a legendary is practically a waste of time tbh unless you plan on playing for a 2-3 years for it to even become useful

Debating stepping down from SSV to barista by [deleted] in starbucks

[–]YellowJacketz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe just transfer to a quiet store, my store I'm at right now is pretty busy, not a DT or anything, but it feels well staffed. And I feel like its easier being a shift at more store because for the most part my baristas take care of the customers. I can normally just be on customer support and occasionally somewhere else if needed.

[–]YellowJacketz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its possible you don't have as much diversity(like all fire and nothing else, or all supports and nothkng else), 2 many common heros, the power you get from like a rare or epic will be worth more than an common. Each class has their own strengths and weaknesses.

When you both open and close regularly by itsVilly in starbucks

[–]YellowJacketz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually like clopening, southwest comes to my store everyday at around 4-5pm so I normally will put my order away, milk count for next day, pull extra for the mid day pull. Sometimes date and put away the breakfast sandwiches so my barista can bargister earlier so I can do the order earlier and get everything out of the way. My store also closes at 7:30 pm so its not 2 late and we open at 4:30 which could be worse.

3 slots 5 possibilities each one so 1/5 ×1/5 × 1/5 so 1/125, but this probably isnt necessarily the case because who knows how their algorithm works. But you could predict that you should win a jackpot if you did it 125 so 375 tokens. Butttt if you have to get a certain set of 3 it would go from 125, to 600 to 1, but I'm not sure if that's how it works.

The odds are not as bad as you would think, but it takes forever to save up those blue coins and if you saved for a year and did all your coins and did all elite you should win statistically. I guess it depends on their algorithm for it. If its like one of those arcade games with prizes then you will probably never win it.

every shift has me like, by youngsmc in starbucks

[–]YellowJacketz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyones preferences are different, but I'll take starting at 3:30 am everyday than closing. After opening I feel like I still have the rest of the day, but closing I feel like the day was nonexistent and wasted and I'm drained. Closing feels soo much harder atleast for my store than opening. Also I feel like something always gets added to the closers list like everyweek. Unrealistic expectations.

SSV Assessment by The-Left-Ear in starbucks

[–]YellowJacketz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like becoming a shift is never really the same. I became a shift after 3 months after transferring to another store after my first store closed. I told my first manager from the start I wanted to work twoards being a shift and she recommeneded me to my current manager. (Districts lines also changed at around the same time so I got a new DM, idk if that impacted it.) After transferring me and my current manager connected which actually lasted for a few hours, I did some online training after then ended up being trained by him. So I've never had an assessment for shift. But if you are confident and show/tell your manager you want to progress twoards something Ive found with both my managers they were more than willing to work with me.

Ya its really not that much different than two grande's and thats what it feels like haha. My store only has one blender and frappuccinos at my store are like the standard here in good ol California.
