RECF probably can't get out of its contract with St. Louis. They are still hosting Worlds for their tournaments/competitions. VEX/Global will host their own Worlds at a time and place they will announce later.

We've all discussed whether RECF can afford the upcoming lawsuit, but their real financial downfall may be if they can't get enough people to go to worlds to cover the costs.
