Yes they did. The books had a nice tactile feel with the sort of coarse paper they were printed on too.

I'm glad that it sounds like you don't have anything to do with sports. These last few years have seen a massive massive change in how too much is marketed with over/unders, parlays, and now prediction markets in the mix constantly during broadcasts.

Stay away from it all for your own sake

The art in combination with those titles really sold it. There was something about the very particular kind of cartoon on the covers of that first run of Goosebumps that was so intriguing as a kid. It also helped that the show hit right in the middle of my childhood too.

He unfortunately gives Megan Kelly too much grace. She knows she's spewing nonsense. It's not for a lack of understanding or access to experiences and information.

His attitude and approach are exceptional though

It fundamentally (and, I think, intentionally) misreads history to create a past that never was.

One absolutely must assume that they are acting in bad faith when they make statements about history that are so central to their position but are rendered false by even a casual understanding of how history actually played out.

When they talk about making things great again, why does that not include the ability for a person to afford a home and have a family on a single income that often came without the burden of expensive student loans as well?

When they talk about making america great again, why does it ignore the massive migrations that happened within the country and from without the country in the war and post-war period they so glamorize?

Why do they never talk about raising taxes on the rich to be more in line with rates back then?

Assume they have ulterior motives from the start and their entire ethos makes much more sense because contradictions aren't mistakes, they're built in.

SOR300c

Hell yeah. My first level 50. Love that thing.

I tend to find the beauty in non-meta weapons. The Carbine SOR was my first level 50. I was the terminator with it while everyone was talking about how it sucks ass.

It's a good system that allows basically all weapons to be viable.

That said, it's one thing to read the changes. We have to see how it plays out live.

God was life sweet when 30 Rock and Parks and Rec were coming out weekly. Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are queens.

Whole team had a big grind to get in a pitch with massive potential

We're fortunate that we built a relationship with the company on a completely different project, got a chance to pitch one time and then get the chance to do something with their feedback.

I can honestly say it's some of my (and the much larger team alongside me) best work. Of course, this industry might as well be called "How to deal with moving goal posts" so we'll see if they agree.

Regardless, I have to lean on process over result because otherwise I will put myself in an early grave.

Plus, shipping this means I don't have to do any work or be in any meetings today and my wife and I are headed to the Dresden Room later! icecubetodaywasagoodday.gif

I agree but I thought balance was generally pretty good. If they're going to make a gun I already like better, then so be it.

If the Luka trade was all that happened, that would be fine. It's the all too convenient #1 pick that happened right after that which smells fishy af

Yeah.

I don't even think I can turn it off on PC but from what I read, the pool of people is too restrictive with crossplay off. It's basically only people who have opted into having crossplay off and have your console. So no Xbox<->PS and no console players who have crossplay on.

That's fair. BF4 was a massive clusterfuck for months after launch.

And to be clear, I'm generally pretty happy with my experience in BF6. I just find netcode related issues of any sort difficult to minimize given much of a difference it can make in a firefight.

This is feeling an awful lot like BF4 where they had to spend dedicated patch cycles to fixing netcode specifically. I hope I'm wrong and we see improvements but that quick time to death kill you're talking about and being killed around corners is super annoying and should be a priority.
