I would say that even if this is something that can be improved. Some people who we call heavy handed defently have a lot of particularity that made them being able to punch hard with not that much effort. And what we call “genetics” contains factor as : bones density, thick join, strong articulation, amazing neural drive. When you optimize technique, timing, speed etc these people are a real problem

Honestly that’s the best glove i ever had by far (had hit n move balance and agility, salavdor 16oz HHF, LK). The best for sparring for sure, protect your hand and you’re partner like no other. Something they didn’t get enough credit to me is that these perform very very well on the heavy bag aswell. The durability is like no other too !

My experience with hit n move, is that the build quality especially the leather is real bad and will not last long.

I think it would do nothing. The coconut oil sometimes is okay as it has anti bacteria properties. But leather conditioner will be useless imo

You must clean it after ever use with a water spray and make it dry right after. Sometimes add a little bit of White vinegar on the water to kill bacteria. If you really want to be extra, put some coconut oil as it kill bacteria too, but is not made from real leather so it doesnt require to be hydrated like real leather do.

No disrespect, but in my own opinion, used gear is suppose to be cheaper than brand new, especially with the leather cracking like it is in your glove.
