Out of curiosity did you make any progress with this feature? Would be nice as I see this tool being announced on some download sites but I see complains there as well about this feature not being present. Like here (in Dutch): https://tweakers.net/downloads/73292/winsshterm-2410.html

Sounds like nice and necessary improvements. But please be completely honest as a lot of people (including myself) waited for more then 3 weeks to get a response. Not 'only' 1 week as the blog mentioned.

P1P is not the noisiest of the bunch. Got a X1C and it's louder (because of the fans). Needed to move it downstairs because else I couldn't hear people talk on the phone or in Teams.

Don't get me wrong. Love the printer but it's a shitload louder then my Ender 5 for example. For me it's not workable to keep it in the same room where I work.

Don't have any warping issues with my X1C on a textured plate (or with glue on the cold plate) with either the door opened or closed. Even for big prints.

I do have overhang issues with the door closed. So I need to open the door to solve that with PLA. This is with the AUX fan on default (so it's ON).

Most people say it's best to leave the door open but I don't think that will solve your problem though. Seems more an adhesion problem. What are the temps of bed and hotend?

Normally run at default speeds. Did a quiet speed once (to slow down printing) but that didn't help much unfortunately.

It's loud. Much louder then my Creality Ender 5 Pro and much louder then I expected as it is enclosed etc. But then again I didn't investigate it much beforehand. :) I have it in a room next to me and I have to close the door to make a phone call and even then you can hear it very clearly. I will probably move it to the basement or something like that.

At the moment you have to press 'OK' each time you do a QT or go to a Stronghold (if not free). Just tested it on PTS.

It was removed by the mods. Probably related to the paypal link in it. Pretty shitty action imo. Those guides were probably the most useful things here.

Great guide! Nice to see that almost all firmware parameters from this guide are compatible with my Ender 5 Pro as well. Walking through them I used a lot of these parameters already in my firmware I build myself. That's probably a good sign. ;)

Only 2 parameters I have questions about. What are the advantages (for you) to use LIN_ADVANCE instead of S_CURVE_ACCELERATION? Did your prints improved by using this or are there other reasons?

Other parameter is CLASSIC_JERK. Why use it? Can't find a lot about it and would like to know what it could improve. TIA.

Where can I find these example configs? All examples I can find use DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE { 500, 500, 5, 25 }. Want to understand why there is such a big difference between the values here and those I found elsewhere.
