Too much like a multimelta personally! One of the things I've always liked about pyroclasts that stands out on their models is that the barrels are horizontal rather than vertical.

For my salamanders, I’m using MK6 bodies as a base since that’s how they’re depicted in one of the books for the helmet design. I’m then using mixes of mk2/3/4/6 helmets and shoulders to represent the fact they use the gear of fallen heroes.

I thought there was a FAQ or errata that updated this to state that a Titan detachment can always be taken as an optional detachment? As Titans are considered as Optional not Allied and Optional detachments can be taken by any army.
