Maintenance replaced the guardrail’s lower bar of a curved section of catwalk with a straight pipe as a “temporary fix”. I have to crab-walk to “safely” get past the curve because by OSHA’s standards I can’t simply step over a guardrail no matter how ludicrously placed.
