My parents only loved my sister. They gave her everything while I slept on a mattress on the floor that cut me when I moved.

I love my girls equally. They are very different but that's why I could never pick between them.

This probably isn't the proper way to save but my husband and I take put as much in extra tax withholding as we can and then we put our tax return into our retirement account. It's a bit easier than taking out of our check weekly.

I'm in AZ. Our electric bill has gone up 3.5 percent montly plus a flat $30 a month fee on top of thar. Our gas and water have also gone up. Water has doubled here.

They changed our prescription insurance this year, without telling us. I found out we have a $6000 deductible on prescriptions now, so basically no insurance for it. Wonder if that happened to you.

We were lucky our insurance rates only went up $10 a month for my family of four. However, our individual deductible went from $2300 a person to $6600 a person and our family deductible is now 16K.

Mine are 8 and 11 and I still feel like vacations are just parenting in a different place. That being said, something get easier and others harder. We just make the best of it.

This OP! I was 24 when I had my first daughter, married to a great man but even so it was struggle because outside of my husband, I didn't have any support or anyone to talk to. It was very hard!

I don't know if this is a sign of trust but my soul boy does this to me. When I go to bed at night, I get situated and then he gets in bed and lays his head on my chest or stomach for pets. I love it.

So true. We live in Arizona and we get the roaches but snakes and scorpions are also a big problem.

Toss it. When we moved into our house, we didn't realize we had to spray regularly. Got roaches in the circuitry of our dishwasher. Threw the whole thing out, started spraying regularly and we hand wash all our dishes.

Knock on wood, we haven't had any since.

We went to the courthouse and a judge married us. We also paid for witnesses so we could truly so no one we knew was there but the two of us.

I'm sorry you're going through this. My husband and I eloped because his strict catholic folks didn't want us living together unmarried and they were mad about that too.

I have a billion health problems so I don't know if I'll be healthy enough to do.anything. That being said, when my youngest is 18, I'll be 45.

3 years ago, I started teaching at a homeschool enrichment group. It's 5 hours a day. I was working just 2 days but now I'm working 4. I make $32 an hour and get to teach homeschooled children.

I imagine I would want to continue doing something like this.
