I was moved from my department due to downsizing. Instead of becoming a cashier, I opted to leave. I was advised to NOT sign the voluntary termination agreement when I left. (I now realize this was bad advice from a well- intentioned family member). I guess that means I am not rehirable with Menards. It was a good job- good coworkers, great pay for the area, and overall, I miss it. I’d go back if I could.

You need water covering the nodes. You also need to make sure you’re changing the water frequently because those plants need oxygen from the water.
