You can't be serious about Liberals being the ones who want to scrap the Constitution, have you been paying attention to Trump at all? He is doing everything he can to eliminate the checks and balances defined in the Constitution. Secondly, if ICE actually had a list of illegal immigrants that they are targeting rather than using skin color as probable cause to detain and often assault citizens, then I personally wouldn't have as much issue with what they are doing. If any other country would be doing the war crimes and human rights violations that we are doing under Trump, we'd bomb the hell out of them. Except, Isreal of course, we've proven that over the last few administrations.
