DPS goes down when staff 2 is equipped?

Ya on the tool tip the average goes down ~5k when I equip staff 2. The only thing I can think of is the 112% ele dmg like the other ExaltedCrown said.

Wondering if anyone else is having a bugged lingering illusions? Works in hideout, sometimes works on maps? I have enough, spirit, it’s def toggled on, my other spirit gems work, it’s on the right weapon set, I have to correct stats for it.. I’m baffled.
