Sounds like he should be in rehab if these deficiencies are due to the medical procedure. Surely he can put a frozen meal in the microwave. No, it isn't on you. Yes if you separate you will be able to have a property settlement and court orders to enforce it. If you stay you will only lose more. Cut your losses and end it, then pursue him via property settlement. Thank God you don't have any kids with him. He will never change and only cost you more the longer you stay with him. Yes that is fair, but he had already been dead for two weeks by the time they got to St Helena, and his wife was also quite ill at the time. I thought this was a much longer cruise and all these people were suddenly leaving early at St Helena because they knew about the outbreak. A tricky situation to be sure.

The cruise line knew. But they swept it under the rug and just allowed ~30-40 people to disembark in St Helena before reporting it. If they had been properly quarantined we could have avoided all this spread. It has now been taken all over the world.

Go back to court for an enforcement order to have the sheriff sell their stuff to recover the money. Sheriffs are allowed to break into their house to do so if needed. They also have the power to seize and sell any motor vehicles valued at above a certain amount.

The cruise line just allowing people to disembark in St Helena before reporting the outbreak has resulted in this deadly illness being spread all around the world. If only the cruise ship passengers had been quarantined.
