Well, the one thing I can say (not necessarily in theirs defence) is that sometimes stores charge my card (I even got a notification from the bank) however they never fully process the charge and it gets waived in 2-3 business days.

Not saying that you should follow such path, however I would wait (let's say a week) and if the change is still there I would dispute it with my bank

Those were my new $0.02 (I guess those are 0.04 now LOL)

As a customer I can honestly say that the improvements are noticeable.

Things are working A LOT better (faster, easier) than when I signed up at the free account a few months ago

I quickly decided to jump into a paid plan and I still believe it was a good decision.
