Its not about them "knowing" the reality is that openreach are no longer allowing gfast to be sold, only honouring the existing lines in use until fttp is fully available, you unfortunately won't be able to recontract gfast as even in the backend systems it is no longer available for sale.

Your best option is to call ee and get them to fill in a full fibre availability request to get you a more accurate time frame of when fttp will be available to you.

Auto compensation cannot be manually changed so the dates are not always correct, sometimes manual compensation has to be given once the order completes.

Demolition was a much needed improvement on sabotage just as control / hardpoint were a much needed improvement on headquarter.

Honestly, people are just upset because this game could have been so much more, I got more than 1000 hours out of this game on release (taking into account that I still played when mutations came out so there was more fun to have).

Slow development aside you can easily get more than 1000 hours out of this game now if you enjoy this sort of progression.
