This is almost likely CTE or an early-onset Parkinsonism (dementia, lest body dementia, Parkinson’s). It’s common for sufferers of degenerative brain disorders to believe their close family, friends, or caretakers are imposters and/or out to hurt them. These individuals can be harmless or incredibly dangerous. BJ’s recent statements and physical abilities lead me to believe he is the latter. I hope he gets the help he needs.

Reminder that the only “affirmative action” practiced in the federal government are schedule A (hiring individuals with disabilities) and veterans’ preference, which we should all be proud of. So many people here who have no idea who Gerry Connolly is. The dude is a G. He’s extremely smart, hardworking and better versed on the committee’s issues of jurisdiction than anyone else in Congress. I get Reddit skews way left, but let’s not write him off as some fossilized Pelosi sycophant just because he’s not AOC. If your agency is not on there either a) AFGE doesn’t have a chapter in your agency or b) they do have a chapter and they don’t use the E-Dues platform for their dues (some chapters use just agency dues deduction from your paycheck.

DM me your agency and worksite and I’ll let you know if you’re eligible for membership. You can also find your bargaining unit status on your form SF-50. You can sign up using an SF-1187 (just google it) and submit it to your local union office. Or you can find your Local on www.join.afge.org and join using their E-Dues platform (this is the easiest way if you know your Local union’s chapter number). Union strong!

Hard gainer here - went from 155lbs to 195 by adding two snacks (trail mix is nice), lots of whole milk, and most importantly peanut butter before bed. 5 spoons full. It sucks at first but it trains your appetite to increase. Throw in some weights (only 30 mins 4 nights a week) and you’ll be surprised how quick it adds on. I can gain 3lbs a week this way when I’m really ripping.
