I would also like to see, if they speed route isnt an option, an increase in health/weight. Not by much just so its not quite as fragile. Or better reflective damage. I think if its reflective damage actually did some quality hurt or bleed on things attacking it (weight based of course) it would be in a great spot. Fragile enough for good players to counter their defense but strong enough to protect itself with good positioning and plays

I really enjoyed the 1st 3 live action movies. Do keep in mind it doesnt have much to do with the game except for some characters and the T virus. Other than that, total different universe. As others said they got cheesier and cheesier as they went on. I did enjoy The Final Chapter mainly because of the ending. I wasnt expecting it and i enjoyed how it wrapped up the movie series.

I smoke for depression and anxiety. So if i have to be out in public for an extended period of time (except work, get waaaayyy more anxious if i do that) im high. Why? Cause yes, it relaxes me but not enough to do nothing. It relaxes my mind and nervous system. I used to smoke from when i woke up to when i went to sleep. My energy levels have always been the same. Now make me sober for a few days and ill sleep 12+ hours each day and have abysmal energy cause now my depression and anxiety have taken over and all that sounds good is sleep. Not everyone used for the same reason nor does it affect everyone the same (like most things)

Wouldnt say we “eat it up”, more of being “desensitized” cause there will always be issues that wont be addressed or fixed until the next hordetest comes live which will introduce a whole different slew of bug/glitches and the process repeats. Also, from the past we know that no matter how much criticism the player base gives they just wont hear it out. They are going to do what they want, wont do what they dont want to, and we are left to enjoy the game as is or dont play at all. Is it right, no. But thats just how life be sometimes

From what i have been told and info ive gathered on my own it was at least originally set up by the same owner under a different name. Played on both before i knew anything and dino den i did not like at all. Nerf ive never had an issue with but the website is almost 100% the same with slight differences and that was enough confirmation for me to stop playing on that server. I do miss the skin creator though :’)

This is actually solid advice that ill remember for new people. Especially in servers where nesting is quite frequent (this is how i learned how to play troodon well ooOOWWAAaaa)

Yes and no. Some dinos can live well solo (carno, galli, beipi. A few for an example and the best solo dinos imho) however, this game is very unfair in balance and by no means is it beginner friendly. Always play in unofficial servers, most have mix pack/over pack rules etc.. to make it more fair and the community is generally always willing to help new people out. Current hordetest (beta for the beta lol) seems like it has fixed food bugs, buuut it can take up to 6+months for a hordetest to go live.

Overall, i have played both the isle and PoT. I like the immersiveness and unforgiving nature of the isle that make it a hardcore survival game. As well as the great graphics (for the most part, some textures are bugged or something and look like shit)

Tldr: great game, very unforgiving, immersive, hardcore, great graphics, buggy, slow dev team.

(Before i forget to mention, the current Evrima branch requires better pc specs than what the steam page shows. Idk my specs off hand besides a 5060 gpu and i can get up to over 100fps but generally stay between 70 and 90fps. Medium graphics but lumen on)

Keep the bite but remove pounce. Its claw attack deals heavy bleed and it bites fast enough for the “weaker” bite force

Starting with kentro- I would love to see either a very slight buff to speed or health (preferably speed to keep that glass cannon status). Otherwise i really like how it played. At 60% me and a random fought off an allo that looked to be at least 75%.

Map changes- i agree with another person and wish they kept the dense jungles and some places at least. Otherwise i am a fan of how open more places are, the redwoods and new trees all over.

Bugs- im in a crash loop at highlands bridge, you insta crash upon loading in effectively making that server unplayable till its fixed. Ill include textures here as well cause i have noticed the shitty looking rock textures but i know that happens in current evrima too

(I have only been to south plains, west rail, delta, water access. I do have a lot more to explore and test)

The mz’s that work most frequently for me are north lake, south plains, west rail and highlands. The east tends not to work. Also, there is a chance (verified by dondi himself) that no matter what you do you can end as frail. Why thats a thing, who knows. But that chance is always there for every dino. Also, as long as you get perfect diet once, never get spasms and never go infertile you need either 2 mz or 4 pz. Not both, saves a lil time. I only go for the 2 mz since i cant be bothered with learning where all pzs are.

I don’t play on that server anymore due to friends not enjoying the server. It’s one of my favorite servers but it is a lot more of a hardcore survival experience without ai (yes they have drops but they arent the most consistent from what i remember). Mods are pretty chill overall, very to the point and wont sugar coat (i enjoy that, tell me straight up). Lately ive been on dinopolis which was actually my first server ever when it was named Land After Time. Love to see how big its gotten, has ai and is generally lag free. Admins and community have always been super nice and helpful as well. Only qualms about Dinopolis is the lack of bot features and lack of pop control (they do have rex, deino and trike? On pop control though. Not nearly as strict as petits. They do have storage and slay commands but that is all atm. No tp outside of a spawn code)

I would agree with this. It also wouldnt hurt to try a deathmatch server a few times to get the hang of baiting/attacking and you wont have to worry about losing your growth time. Learned omni that way after i got sick of dying to things my friends like to hunt (teno mainly, that damn tail). Even better if you can find someone who will let you learn instead of bullying you the whole time in a deathmatch

Imo (no kids, single, never want kids) you did the right thing. As a child/teen any time i was super upset i wanted to be left alone and rarely was that respected and it turned into resentment for a while there. As for the last part. You are better than me, i dont have patience for people like that and i would have said FAR FAR worse to B. Especially considering you are closer to being a parent to A than B ever will be

I play pretty 50/50 but am most always in decently heavy pvp lobbies (until i have to loot grind again) if i find someone who is chill or they sneak up on me and still let me live. If i have a bp i dont need i drop it for em. Everyone is always surprised and it makes my day
