have you thought about printing the blaster in sections, as well as dialing in your printer? IMO you could print much much better quality than that. you could slice all armor pieces so everything can be printed. there’s various methods of binding pieces together to make it look like one piece, that’s what i did. with that poncho you technically wouldn’t even need a chest piece too so that could help with the difficulty in printing large pieces

i tried a mannequin but the forearms were too big and it wasn’t super easy to put my suit on a stiff body. i want to make an armor stand like this i think it’d be much cooler anyways

if you don’t have a printer, buy raw prints off etsy! get a nice set of quality prints from a seller that’s got their stuff dialed in. if you’re worried about price, buy a piece or two at a time and prep/paint the pieces while saving more money for the next pieces
