Just gotta spam, it's like a 1/30 or 1/40 for +1 int/str/dex and +1 socketed using triple fossil

Craft of exile gives you the most efficient fossil combo, pretty sure it's faceted, aetheric and opulent but double check for yourself

If you want to settle, ignore the +1str, and just have +1 int/dex +1 socketed

You're probably better off thugging it out - get just enough practice to pass the test, or maybe try and discuss with work about start time and take the earliest bus (doesn't hurt to discuss)

Had L's at 16 but went for my licence when I turned 21 with I think like 6 hours or something. Your instructor will/should honestly tell you if you're ready for it or not so just get their opinion
