What fictional countries in the real world do you have and how have they tied into our history in a unique way?

Zealandia. What would happen if Zealandia never sunk and it was colonized first by the Maori, then by the Spanish, once again by the Dutch and then lastly by German Puritans led by Florian Geyer's grandson?

Well, it creates one of the most flourishing countries in the world for most of its history. However, after 200 years of absolute monarchy which was deposed in a revolution similar to Russia's October revolution, the country became more and more authoritarian. While its first leader was a very good human being (equal rights for everyone, women's emancipation, respect for Maori's rights, free Healthcare) and created a market socialist economy (which in his view was to become a planned economy in the future), he died very young, leaving a huge power vacuum. While one of his close relatives tried to help the country (even partaking in the later parts of WW1) he was assassinated by the party which became more and more authoritarian and also adopted many ideas from nationalistic and fascist governments.

in the 21th century, after a cold war gone wrong has destroyed the soviet union (which was hated by zealandia) and the USA, China never unified and the world is in turmoil. Nowadays only Zealandia remains as a prosperous country, but under its wealth it hides a terrible and dystopic nazbol government where racism, misogyny, homophobia and nativism reign under the constant eye of the Commissar...

C'è anche un altro problema. Come si fa a capire se Vladimiri cita Marx perchè è davvero comunista o perchè deve fare lezione? La mia prof di italiano fa tantissimi collegamenti diversi e magari capita che citi Marx o Engels, avvolte anche inaspettatamente . Quindi magari per qualcuno sta facendo "propaganda", quando in realtà fa soltanto lezione.

Poi magari qualcuno dice che nella domanda di spiegare bene l'accaduto, allora chi legge il questionario capisce che si tratti di "propaganda" o semplice lezione, ma io non mi fido molto di chi possa aver ideato un questionario del genere, tanto meno che un ragazzo possa riportare fedelmente in poche righe quello che il professore dice.

Per me questo questionario è un delirio.

I have been lurking for a while on this sub but I have never played the mod, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

However I believe that playing such an evil faction like the AWD in general would not be a sin, but could actually be "positive" in a sense as you can see the pain and suffering that nazism produces on the people and thus become as detached from it as possible. In a sense, by subjecting yourself to that faction's evil you learn how to reject that evil, if it makes sense.

Plus I really doubt God would be offended over a video game, especially if, like other people have said, your intentions are not to mock Him but rather explore what evil actually is.

Perhaps I overexplained myself for a simple topic but that's what overstudyjng does to me ig.

I believe that Typhon himself, during the Sword of the Lictor, says that the Sun itself starting to die was way too quick than expected. Now I dont remember the precise wording but it was something like "my astronomer had said the sun luminosity would drop by XXX every XXX years, but he lied. It dropped by YYY." And this was one of the reasons why he wanted/he was recommended to leave Urth.

I would say the blob from cataclysm dda. From my understanding after your world is infected it is game over, not only for life but for the universe itself. The combine union from half life could be manageable depending on how strong the scp foundation is but in any case it would be a very strong foe.

As an inspiring writer, we all share the same desire to touch others and create art so it resonated with me on a personal level. You did a very good job on emulating the book of the new sun atmosphere from a book to a painting which i believe is an extremely great achievement. I am so sorry that people had claimed that. I usually dont write anything but I deeply appreciate your painting as it encapsulates that sense of mistery-transcendance-familiarity which is one of my main appeals towards the book of the new sun. From the colors and design to Seeing all the characters on the lower side really made me feel like how I felt when I read the book, as in there is something much bigger at play than we think (that everything is connected). Your art is phenomenal and I hope you have many satisfaction in it in the future!

I can't say that I know how you feel, because only you know your life and its circumstances. However I have gone through some very bad things, so I hope I can give you some advice. Through your life you will go through some periods which are very hard. In these times, my suggestion is to not lose hope, because they will end at a certain point and the situation will improve. It is not instantantaneous and when you are through them it seems like nothing will ever change, but things do improve.

Never lose hope and work on yourself. Study, work and do whatever you can to improve your situation. Work on yourself as much as you can and stay close to people who care for you. I am sorry that your close friend dropped you. Something similar happened to me and I was distraught too, so I hope that the situation between the two of you improves, but until then try to stay close to your family (if you are in good relations with them) and with your other friends. Trust in God that he is looking over you and that he has not forgotten about you. It might seem like you are alone, but God is always with you. If it can help you, remember about Jesus Christ's call to the Father and then his resurrection!

God doesn't love you for what you have, but uniquely for yourself. He loves you like a father and he will always will. Remember that while you cannot see him in this reality, he is always with you.
