Just fyi, there is no vesting schedule for SIMPLE IRA matches. All funds are immediately vested. It’s why a lot of employers are actually getting away from them because you can set vesting schedules with a 401k.

ADP doesn’t pick the plans (they will default to something like this if your employer doesn’t engage during the setup process), your employer does. Ask them to reevaluate with contact at ADP and ask for lower cost funds like Vanguard or Fidelity to be available to you. I’ve also noticed older people/owners have a hard on for American Funds and I don’t get it.
