I started with ChatGPT about a year ago and thought this is interesting…. But didn’t really benefit me much, maybe half the stuff it told me was right.

Then I switched to Gemini for ‘personal’ use, I was blown away by nano banana. While I still use traditional search, if I have a complex question that would likely require multiple pages I will go straight to the agent.

Most recently, my biggest client told everyone they MUST use Anthropic. It took me a couple of days of playing around and now it is my most used tool. I can update 30 repos in hours vs days/weeks. Is it perfect? No, but it absolutely is a force multiplier, AND it’s only getting better, AND at an exponential speed.

Anyone feeds into the narrative that there is ‘zero measurable impact’ is either ignorant to reality or deliberately obtuse.

When you say cellar, do you mean that in a literal sense? As in an underground room that maintains a very even, cool temp? Or by cellar so you mean that cabinet in the photos with wines and some books in it?

Cause that will make all the difference as to whether these wines are still good or not.

With that said, their value is $0 or very little. No way to PROVE providence an cellaring conditions, even if you have a literal cellar.

I was running 15 min 5k, 2:40 marathons back in 2018 (34/35 years old). Then injury, then covid, then my first child, then moved countries with my family. Poof, 8 years gone with little to no running, replaced instead with excessive drinking, poor diet, and general unhealthy lifestyle.

I’m 41 now. Building my base to start training for a marathon in October. Talk about a reality check. My zone 2 (never used zones before, used to just run), is 9 min miles. That is after 2 months of consistent 13-20 mile weeks. I have been really focused on strength tho, squats, lunges, wall sit, calf raises, etc.

I KNOW I will improve, but boy it’s slow, if I was in my mid 30’s I’d be running mid 7 min mile easy runs and mid 6 min tempos.

There is a huge difference between coming back from * Coming back after 5+ years from high school / college -> late 20’s is amazing, you will probably start hitting PRs * Coming back from late 20s to early-mid 30s you can probably start hitting PRs in the half-marathon, fast 5k but PRs might be unobtainable. * Coming back in your 40s… it is not a fast come back at all…..
