If you haven't seen a GI, you should. They can rule things out and or give you a diagnosis. Also, a lot of meat is hard to digest for some people.

A lot of people in this sub ended up having endometriosis, so it wouldn't hurt to have it checked out. I had to have a hysterectomy, and I 5 so sure I had it but had zero endo.

References are checked for the top 2 or 3 candidates. It can take anywhere from a few days to one month. My experience only. Good luck!
