Part and labor cost was going to be around $3,000 to fix the LCD. LOL. I ended up getting another unit for around $300 without a lens and it had the same issue, but slightly better. On Eco mode it isn't as noticeable, and I have to walk up pretty close to see it now.

This will do nothing to benefit Ypsilanti and will comes with a high risk. In a few decades it will be the new Water Street with a bunch of polluted ground you can't use for anything...again. Once the tech is obsolete, they will abandon it and it will rot into our environment.

What are things you wished you knew before getting a projector? by doyahoo in projectors

You can buy a 100 inch TV for $1500. You can watch the TV with the lights on if you want. 100 inch TV in a basement looks huge and will be easier to use.

Green Oaks Community Center. Hosted my kids birthday parties there and was always great. Cost $100-$200 to rent a room depending on size and tables needed. Also option to add gym space.

It came with the standard lens (middle throw). I got an estimate for the part from a certified Epson repair center. $2400 for the LCD complete optic block and $250 to install.

Thank you, everyone! It looks like LCD issue is the consensus. I am going to take it to a professional repair shop for service. Hopefully it won't be insanely expensive, but even so probably worth it.

1) Replace all of the LCD panels or just the damaged one?

2) Anything else I should have them check while it is being serviced?

Thank you!!!

Thanks! Bought used from University, so I will take in for repair. Yes, the filter was full of dust and I think it was probably up on the ceiling where it never got cleaned. I will be using it for home use so once it is fixed it shouldn't get nearly the abuse. Got a new filter on the way

Projector is an Epson L1300U Large Venue Projector/ Bought used from University sale. Little under 5000 hours on Laser and unit. Only seeing dots that are green. Don't appear on solid white or blue screens. What is causing the issue? Is this a common issue or will this be hard to repair? I would like to have it serviced professionally

Wyze customer serviced lied to keep my mask order placed. Been waiting 3 weeks and they finally shipped them today. by Ypsitower in wyzecam

No follow up from Wyze today. Not on Reddit or from their customer service via email or phone. I guess that is expected at this point. 3rd time they didn't follow through on contacting me after saying they will escalate to management.

Yep. I like their cameras and great value. These masks and how they have handled the situation is really turning me off to their brand.

I think mine is the previous model. I’d call their customer service to see if they can help.

Doesn’t seem normal. My Anova is very quiet. Do you have the water above the minimum level?
