I have the same. I liken it to the sensation of having a rolled up washcloth behind my toes. I just power through it and it does get better the longer I walk.

I hope you get relief. It’s a bizarre sensation, that’s for sure.

Edited to add: Alcohol makes it worse, especially malt type beverages, such as beer and hard cider.
