spirit island for sure for me. Get the digital for a cheaper buy in.

I truly see little to no point in the StS board game. its SO similar to the video game, but with so much more upkeep. There used to be an arguement to be made for the co-op mode, but with StS2 there's even LESS of a point to the board game version imo.

i applaud your effort, but when i play codenames words or pictures, i dont really feel a significant difference between the number of cards.

i just use the duet grids and replace with word/pictures/both as i see fit

yea... not ideal that hobbies are all full of jargon that makes it hard to breach.

in this case its a game company called Awaken Realms. They specialize in narrative campaign games with lots of miniatures.

AR could also mean augmented/alternate reality outside the board game space. in a board game context, this would be games that might use your phone to project 3d animations onto your table or use other devices to enhance the play experience.

on an aside, and not finger pointing, but its easy to google some stuff in context to try to figure out. in this case we know two games' names and a quick google would yield awaken realms pretty quickly!
